Widths for your process

Convert master coils into strip selected for your required width and downstream operation.

Heavy gauge capability

Review the published processing ranges against your grade, thickness and coil dimensions.

Inventory or toll work

Discuss material supplied by MD Metals or processing for your own coils.

Narrow strip, controlled width

Rotary knives divide coil lengthwise into strips for downstream manufacturing. Material properties, tooling and knife clearance affect edge quality and dimensional consistency.

MD Metals processes its own inventory and customer-owned coils. Review the required grade, finish, dimensions and coil weight with the team before scheduling.
